East Palo Alto Sun is a blog about things happening in East Palo Alto. This blog was started by Chris Kao and Mark Dinan, both residents of East Palo Alto. This blog is self-funded and we are not paid to write about any specific topics.

Christopher Kao. When Bay Road was under construction, I created a series of voiceover-narrated drone videos to inform the community about the updates. These videos received a lot of engagement, and I started this blog to write about infrastructure topics in our city. Shortly after, I was appointed to the East Palo Alto Public Works & Transportation Commission.
