One thing I have consistently heard about our local schools in East Palo Alto is that our schools do not have the same level of funding as other regional school districts. This, it turns out, is absolutely true. Ravenswood School District receives considerably more funding per student than nearby Menlo Park and Los Lomitas School Districts.

Funding for Ravenswood School District Per Student: $36,908

Funding for Menlo Park School District Per Student: $24,998

Funding for Las Lomitas School District Per Student: $32,240
